Driver Education is required for minors under 17 1/2 years old by the California Department of Motor Vehicles to apply for an Instruction (Learners) Permit. This online course will meet that requirement! It consists of 10 chapters and a final test at the end. Once completed the DL400C certificate will be issued (PLEASE CONTACT OFFICE AFTER COMPLETION)! This certificate will need to be taken the to the DMV to take the written test and acquire the Instruction Permit. This course should help you prepare for the written test, as well.
